As a referral agency with over two decades in business we’ve accumulated a broad data base of qualified domestic workers that have gone through an extensive screening process; we select only the best candidates. We make sure that all of our housekeepers, nannies, and non-medical caregivers have at least two years of professional experience in their field.

Candidate Screening
We recognize how thorough screening is essential to the process of selecting the right domestic staff for your home needs. Our process insures that all candidates meet the following requirement:

Has 2 years of experience or training in the field of interest.

Has verified references from prior work history.

Undergoes a personal face to face behavioral screening interview with our professional counselor.

Passes a thorough criminal record, sex offender watch list, and security watch list background check.

Thorough DMV motor vehicle history report.

Demonstrate a proficiency in the English language.

Has legal status to work in the United States.
Fee and Guarantees
Pacific Domestic Agency keeps it simple and does not deal with the traditional fees that other agencies request. Such fees may be as high as a month's gross salary or a percentage of yearly income. We provide two referral subscription packages: our standard 60 Days unconditional and unlimited replacement service, or our premium 1 year unconditional and unlimited replacement service which include the intensive screening process.
